Everything went well until the package was received. Two of the three glass globes were broken. When we called customer service, they were very helpful and responsive and arranged for replacements to be sent. Replacements were received, packed extremely well. Unfortunately the two new globes are a different color and do not match the one globe that was unbroken in the original package. Now we are in process of notifying Lighting Showroom of this complication. I do not have anything unflattering to say about Lighting Showroom but this is becoming a very frustrating and time-consuming experience. My favorable rating above for delivery is for the time it took to be delivered...not for the damaged globes inside.

LightingShowroom's customer service was timely and efficient. I got an answer immediately when I called the 800 number to ask inquire about the materials used for the items I wanted to order, and again when I called to inquire about the tracking numbers. The only issue I have is that the items I ordered (two bathroom vanities) look different than they do on the website. On the site, the glass bulb covers look like a "tannish frost," whereas in reality, they are white which is not what I wanted. I have to live with them now to avoid paying the shipping to send them back.

I'm pleased to say that the deal went off like clockwork." Turner said, "I had assumed that the cost of air freight would simply be too expensive. It wasn't cheap, but when I looked at all the problems of sending a container by ship it just made sense".
Kurt Krause, the FedEx Account Executive said, "I knew we could do a good job for them and I was happy to get the chance. It turned out that this was the largest single international air shipment that had ever been sent from Boise." Krause commented that, "Boise is not a major shipping point for international products so I had to do some extra work to make sure things happened the way they were supposed to, but in the end the combination of Lightingshowroom.com and FedEx made a slick solution for their international client".

Thanks so much for the request to ship my order by tomorrow. I appreciate it greatly.
All this morning I have been thinking about canceling my order because I worry waiting for 4-5 days to ship and 1-5 days shipping time won't help me to make my installation on time as I mentioned in my comments. But now I feel relieved that my order can be shipped tomorrow.
I checked that and found out that UPS ground may only take a very short time to transit the package to Florida (where I live). Just hope this is the service they choose so I can receive it faster too. Please help me to request it if possible.

I've ordered twice from Lighting Showroom, and have been very satisfied both times with the quality, value, and prompt shipping offered. The first time I ordered there was a broken part, which they remedied very quickly. I plan to buy again in the future.....
