Satisfied Customer

Our customer submitted her order a Sunday; she added a note regarding a party she was having on Friday and asked if, by some miracle, we could get the light to her by then.  We pulled a few strings behind the scenes and managed to get her order delivered just in time!  It is always our goal to provide the best customer service we can – it looks like we succeeded on this one!

Oh my goodness you guys are FABULOUS!!!!!  Were the lamps on your back porch?  They arrived this afternoon on our doorstep.  They are beautiful!!!!!  Our decorator couldn't obtain the lamps we ordered through her for 6 1/2 months, and you guys saved the day.  Ten million thank yous for the awesome job.  Any time I have any need for lighting, you will get all my business.  At this point, there is some remodeling in the future.....

Customer Comment

This was a pleasant experience in that your instructions were clear and to the point. The only confusion was the shipping in regards to the "item does not qualify for free shipping".

Items that are too large to ship by FedEx do incur a truck freight charge.  We try to make that clear on any item that it applies to but perhaps we weren’t clear enough in this instance.
