I initially checked the availability of the item. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The item arrived in only 3 days!!!! It was on time for the out of town guests we were expecting, and we had the opportunity to brag about the exceptional service your company provided. Our decorator had promised us 2 lamps for 6 1/2 months and couldn't deliver on her promise. You not only saved us a lot of money, but provided a quality product in record time. Thank you VERY much. It has been a pleasure dealing with your company.
