One of the lights came with broken glass - I did email them and they were very responsive - they ordered 2 replacement glass pieces for me and if those arrive with no problems I could then say that they are VERY good to work with.

Their website told us the item was out of stock and gave us an estimated date they expected to receive it, which we appreciated. It helped us make the best decision for our situation. It was actually delivered to us a few days earlier than expected, and the item is even nicer than the photos indicated, so we are happy about that.
