I would buy this lamp again as it\'s nice & high which is hard to find in a floor lamp & I have 9ft ceilings. The shade is a bit cheap considering the standard of the rest of the lamp. It didn\'t survive well in the shipping but I would\'ve replaced anyway. The hardest thing to find is a quality floor lamp with height for a great price.

Anita's Pick of the week

Since its debut a couple of years ago, this has been one of my all time favorite outdoor lights! There is just something about it that has drawn my attention time and time again. This light is from the Harbor Family manufactured by Hinkley Lighting. Hinkley is one of our top rated manufacturers and they have a long standing history of producing fixtures with both excellent form and function!

The Harbor family is available in an Anchor Bronze finish with Amber Etched glass (shown here) and a Titanium finish with Translucent Etched glass. While they are both a bit on the contemporary side, the Titanium version is a bit more striking for those of you that desire a more contemporary fixture.

The Bronze is my favorite though! Why? Well, I think this fixture is very much a "cross-over" piece in style. It has a little bit of everything to me with its clean lines and striking design. It would look great on a Mission Style home or a Contemporary Condo and it would even go well on a residence with a strong Asian appeal. I have a very traditional home and will be putting these lights on in the near future - because they are so simple in their design, they will go well with any decor and add that extra bit of something to your homes appeal both day and night!

I left you a long message on your voicemail. However, I wanted to say a big thank you for getting my order straight and reassuring me that things would get straightened out. Two orders of outdoor post lamps and lights (the glass covering arrived broken). The way that the shipment was packed was very flimsy and not enough packing material was included or supported in the box. You answered my frantic and frustrated calls with ease and patience. I wanted to write a letter earlier, but then my Mom had a stroke. I apologize for the lateness of this thank you e-mail. Keep doing what you are doing. These lights are fabulous! Our sanctuary had dark spots throughout due to poor lighting. Our new chandeliers cured that problem. There is not a dark spot anywhere - unless you turn out the lights!!
