Awesome interaction with the online CHAT feature. I was in a hurry to get the lights and needed to know exactly when they would ship. The assistant called Hudson Valley to confirm the actual ship date so I was confident in the date I would receive the lights - which is the sooner the better ! Other companies were guessing at the date the lights would be sent and that was not enough. Thank you !

Called to ask about inventory and shipping. Very helpful and friendly. Rep also let me know the correct product that went with my lighting purchase, since I had the wrong one. Glad I called.

I purchased this in a regular store first and waited and waited for delivery-it was on back order-but no one told me that! I cancelled that order after I found that same fixture  at lighting showroom-over $100.00 less; I was thrilled. Customer service called me right less than ten minutes after I ordered it to tell me that it was on back order and gave me the option of cancelling. Wow, overall a great experience, great price, great service and quick delivery. I would recommend lighting showroom and will purchase again.
