customer comment

I have dealt with Lighting Showroom before and I trust them to replace any broken glass and offer better consumer service (when needed) than other internet based lighting dealers. I plan to order from them for all the remaining lighting needs of my home. Great prices too!

Customer Review

Hi Wayne,

 

I hope you don't mind my contacting you directly. You may recall that you assisted me and Jessi in brokering a deal for more than 300 exterior sconces from Justice Design a few months ago for a Delaware client of mine.

 

First of all, the client loves the lights and we are doing another order through you with Justice for some  interior sconces.

 

But that is not the reason for my e-mail. I know businesses are used to hearing complaints. I'm writing so that I can be sure that you know just how valuable Jessi is to your company. She is pleasant, responsive, and competent.

 

I meant to tell you so after the last order. I think I never got around to doing it. If I did, then let me reiterate it. If I didn't, it's never too late. She should be the poster child for "customer service."

 

Jessi is an asset to your business. I hope she is treated and rewarded in ways that demonstrate how much you value her.
