I just wanted to let you know about my experience with one of your employees today. Earlier I went "surfing" the web for lighting for our kitchen remodel. This is the first project in our whole house "redo". I came across your web site, found a light I just loved, within my lighting budget, and ordered it. A little later, I received an email saying that one of the lights was out of stock. I was disappointed, but called to see what I could do. It was Anita that answered the phone and during our conversation, she paused and said that she thought she had seen a light like the one that was out of stock in the office somewhere and went to go look. I brief time later, she came back to the phone and told me that she found one. I was thrilled! I told her how thankful I was that she went the extra mile to look for that for me. What a true dedication to customer service, and it did not go unnoticed. This was the first time I visited your web site, and believe me, it will not be the last. For our lighting needs, I will not have to "surf" for lighting anymore, I will go straight to your site.
