Customer Comment

You're very welcome... it's nice to know that there are still some stores
out there that really care about customer service and customer
satisfaction... you guys could have just waited for Fedex to do something
about the first mirror that was delivered broken. I could have been waiting
forever for it to get resolved. But instead, because you guys really cared,
you immediately sent me a replacement mirror and I was ecstatic that it was
resolved so quickly. Really and truly, you guys really cared about me and
how I must have felt opening that package and seeing the broken mirror... I
thought "oh great... now I will have to wait forever to get a replacement"
because of past experiences at other stores. Not with you... again, I
cannot thank you enough for being a truly caring establishment! The mirror
looks awesome on my wall for the holidays!
