satisfaction... you guys could have just waited for Fedex to do something
about the first mirror that was delivered broken. I could have been waiting
forever for it to get resolved. But instead, because you guys really cared,
you immediately sent me a replacement mirror and I was ecstatic that it was
resolved so quickly. Really and truly, you guys really cared about me and
how I must have felt opening that package and seeing the broken mirror... I
thought "oh great... now I will have to wait forever to get a replacement"
because of past experiences at other stores. Not with you... again, I
cannot thank you enough for being a truly caring establishment! The mirror
looks awesome on my wall for the holidays!

I am an frequent online shopper and I have to say, my best experience, by
far, has been with Lighting Showroom. Not only do I love the mirror that I
purchased but the customer service, the ordering process and everything from
start to finish was easy, FAST shipping and awesome! They don't get 5 stars
