I really liked the refining options, it was quite efficient in finding styles/finishes I was looking for. The light is beautiful, but I've not yet had it installed and wanted to make sure it works before responding to your survey. I think I got a real deal on a lovely fixture because someone sent it back and it was advertised for clearance.

I have to say, in a day and age of when customer service should be the key-goal for any business which success falls squarely on the limited shoulders of their valued customers purchasing commitments. It was a very good feeling to not only receive the items ordered, "as advertised". It was also just as equally refreshing to receive both items in a matter of days after placing the order. I have had great experience with the operators and staff who answer the phone. They are very helpful. I have purchased several lights and any time a part was missing or broken Lighting Showroom sent me the parts without any hassle. I am very satisfy with the service and quality of the product.
