The Lighting Showroom has a great online system in place.  The web site is easy to use and the order process was simple and straight forward. They have worked hard to keep prices down and processing the order was lightning fast. But the true test is when something goes wrong. I hope they can correct mistakes, customer’s or theirs just as well.

Thank you for letting me know my item is on back order.  I have already called all over the country and was not able to find anyone who had these fixtures in stock.  Therefore, I decided to reorder them with lightingshowroom.com because I think your service, return policies and customer communications are superior to other options.  I have my fingers crossed that a miracle will happen and you're able to get them sooner than those BO dates, but if that's impossible then I'll understand.
