We love the outdoor lights that we ordered. Your pricing and selection is excellent. My husband suggests that the mounting screws be of better quality. He purchased new ones to ensure that the mounting is secure. We have not unboxed the kitchen light yet, so cannot comment. I assume it will be a very good buy, too. Becky

My overall experience with Lighting Showroom was excellent. The item was in stock and delivered within 3 days to my home. I was expecting it to take at least a week to 10 days so we were pleasantly surprised to find it at our home.

My interaction was with Wayne via customer service. I called to get info on how they match or beat prices of their competitors. When I called the customer service number, I got Wayne. I told him which product I wanted to purchase and he said he would call me back with the pricing info that he would be able to offer. Honestly, I did not expect to hear back from him. He called back within 30 minutes and beat the lowest price that I had found out on line. I was thoroughly shocked - one that he called back and secondly that he was honoring their policy. This was so refreshing because I have had numerous bad experiences with customer service folks. So I placed the order and will await my mirror. Thank you so much Wayne for your professionalism. Look forward to doing business with you all again!!
