customer feedback

My interaction was with Wayne via customer service. I called to get info on how they match or beat prices of their competitors. When I called the customer service number, I got Wayne. I told him which product I wanted to purchase and he said he would call me back with the pricing info that he would be able to offer. Honestly, I did not expect to hear back from him. He called back within 30 minutes and beat the lowest price that I had found out on line. I was thoroughly shocked - one that he called back and secondly that he was honoring their policy. This was so refreshing because I have had numerous bad experiences with customer service folks. So I placed the order and will await my mirror. Thank you so much Wayne for your professionalism. Look forward to doing business with you all again!!
