Another Happy Customer

Here at Lighting Showroom, we believe the Customer Service is the key to success. We strive to insure that each customer is taken care of on a personal level, rather than being processed as just another sale. It turns out I found the original fan that I needed -- at the Home Depot store. I had to go into the store, not online.

I look forward to getting the pendant lights and working with you again in the future. Please add me to any mailing list. I will be furnishing 2 homes in the next 2 years -- one in South Carolina and one in Chicago and I would like to work with you if possible because your customer service has been so great.

Unbelievable what I had to go through to get the ceiling fan at Home Depot. It was comical.
