What a way to add something special to your living space! This Embossed Warm Silver lamp by Minka Lavery is a winner in every way!

The warm silver finish is a light metallic gray with floral embossing glazed in black. The cream shade could be exchanged for black if you wanted something a little bolder but for a subtle stunning addition it works fine with the shade it has!

The shape is traditional but the embossing gives it that extra something that makes me say "wow!

The light is beautiful! The shade is not the pale yellow as the monitor shows, definitely white. I would give it an excellent rating, but the instructions were poorly written. The large pendant bolts are temporary to support the light while completing the wiring (instructions never explain this). Also, the diffuser rods are not shown on the list of components.

The medallion is beautiful and we are glad that we got it. However, it is not so easy to install. No one\\\'s ceilings are perfectly level. It was impossible to stand on the ladder long enough, holding it firmly, to get it to stick to the ceiling, even with the best adhesive. We wound up screwing it into the ceiling. Should probably be designed to screw in with matching screws and pre-drilled holes.
