Customer Comment

LightingShowroom's customer service was timely and efficient. I got an answer immediately when I called the 800 number to ask inquire about the materials used for the items I wanted to order, and again when I called to inquire about the tracking numbers. The only issue I have is that the items I ordered (two bathroom vanities) look different than they do on the website. On the site, the glass bulb covers look like a "tannish frost," whereas in reality, they are white which is not what I wanted. I have to live with them now to avoid paying the shipping to send them back.
