I received my light the other day, and I just want to say how much I love it.  I looked for 6 months and could not find anything that I liked that would go with my decor.  I am a designer and I will recommend your company. Thank you for a great quality product at a great price.

I initially checked the availability of the item. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The item arrived in only 3 days!!!! It was on time for the out of town guests we were expecting, and we had the opportunity to brag about the exceptional service your company provided. Our decorator had promised us 2 lamps for 6 1/2 months and couldn't deliver on her promise. You not only saved us a lot of money, but provided a quality product in record time. Thank you VERY much. One of the boxes in my delivery was severely damaged. I have not had the opportunity to get the product installed yet as I am doing a major remodel of my home. I hope the product is not damaged. Customer support told me I can return it for either a refund, repair parts or a new item.

Because he lived near the warehouse we could deliver to him as quickly by fedex ground which was free so he saved quite a bit of freight. We try to give every customer the best deal that we can.

I HAVE TO CONGRATULATE YOU ON THE SERVICE I RECEIVED.  I ORDERED TWO BATHROOM LIGHTS THEY ARRIVED BUT THEY WERE TOO LARGE.   I RETURNED THEM AND ORDERED THEm A SIZE SMALLER.  THEY BOTH ARRIVED, BUT ONE SHADE WAS BROKEN, CALLED AND YOU REPLACED SAME.  YOUR SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE IS WELL APPLAUDED.

The product was delivered promptly and looked exactly like it did in the online picture. The website was easy to use and easy to understand. The auto-response was quick and precise. I even received a follow-up message from Lighting Showroom thanking me for my business with a 7% coupon for future purchases. Additionally I inquired about accessories for my purchase and they were very quick and attentive to my needs.

Great company to work with, flawless transaction! Even though their site said my item was out of stock, they checked and let me know that a new shipment was due that week. I ordered, and there was lots of communication with them--first, an estimated shipping date; next, when the order actually shipped; finally, when tracking information was available. Their prices are impossible to beat, even locally. In addition to free shipping, I also got 5% off for being a new customer! Wow! I'll definitely go to them first when I need a new light fixture. Even without the 5% off, they're a fabulous deal.

Satisfied Customer

Our customer submitted her order a Sunday; she added a note regarding a party she was having on Friday and asked if, by some miracle, we could get the light to her by then.  We pulled a few strings behind the scenes and managed to get her order delivered just in time!  It is always our goal to provide the best customer service we can – it looks like we succeeded on this one!

This was a pleasant experience in that your instructions were clear and to the point. The only confusion was the shipping in regards to the "item does not qualify for free shipping".

Items that are too large to ship by FedEx do incur a truck freight charge.  We try to make that clear on any item that it applies to but perhaps we weren’t clear enough in this instance.

First order received and was lovely. The only downside was the actual color of the globe did not mirror the picture. The picture looked almost peach/tangerine - the actual color was goldish brown - still very lovely. May return or keep for gift. Reorderd another light fixture -more expensive but hopeful color will be more on target with my decor. Everyone most cooperative

    I wanted to make special mention of Jessie in regards to a recent order I placed with your company. I had a challenge of trying to find a narrow 1-light wall sconce and in trying to find a complete line that would include a chandelier, an island light, and a 2-light wall sconce.

    I originally found the LaScalla line from Maxim at Lamps Plus but they didn't carry much of the line. I stumbled across your company on Bizrate and found the whole line of lights.The next concern was making sure that the base of the 1-light wall sconce was actually small enough to fit the narrow space. I had a experience in trying a wall sconce and found the dimension they gave for width was actually the width of the glass, not the base. I called and spoke to Jessie who volunteered to call Maxim and ask them to get the actual measurements. They didn't get back with her initially so she called them back and again requested the measurement. It took a third call from Jessie and this time she waited on the line while they got the measurements.

    This type of effort is a great example of someone taking the time to perform the art of customer service and getting the information needed. If the sconce had been too big, the  sale would not have occurred naturally. If Jessie had not taken the time to help me, it would have ended the same way. Because she put forth that effort and we found that the size worked, it was a win for me and hopefully a win for you. I was able to match everything and finish this project.

    Again, please thank her again for me. She did a great job and I just wanted to let you know.

Energy Saving in your home using dimmers

The lamps arrived within the time stated. Unfortunately, one shade had some markings. I called customer service and spoke with Anita. She was able to have a replacement sent out within a day. I was so impressed with the customer service. I envisioned a problem getting the shade replaced, but it wasn't. I would certainly order from Lighting Showroom again simply for their customer service and the fact they stand behind their products.
