I have purchased 4 lamps from Lighting Showroom in the last 2 weeks. I was delighted with what I received. All of the lamps are gorgeous. Now I need to get more lamps and I know I will be happy with this order as well.

The phone staff person with whom I spoke was especially helpful. She went above and beyond to explain your return process to me as well as check to ensure this item was in stock. I do not remember her name, which I regret. She was so helpful and it was three minutes to closing for her!

I really liked the refining options, it was quite efficient in finding styles/finishes I was looking for. The light is beautiful, but I've not yet had it installed and wanted to make sure it works before responding to your survey. I think I got a real deal on a lovely fixture because someone sent it back and it was advertised for clearance.

I have to say, in a day and age of when customer service should be the key-goal for any business which success falls squarely on the limited shoulders of their valued customers purchasing commitments. It was a very good feeling to not only receive the items ordered, "as advertised". It was also just as equally refreshing to receive both items in a matter of days after placing the order. This company seems to be a real class act, with a great understanding of customer service. There service staff is extremely cordial, and polite to converse with. They had a great selection of ceiling medallions with the best pricing we were able to find. We had to send one back because of my wife's error in judgment and they allowed us to return it and order a larger one. As it turned out I dropped one of the smaller medallions as I as gluing it to the ceiling, I had to reorder the first one we sent back, proving that my wife is never wrong. She was planning ahead for my incompetence. I would not have taken my time to respond to this survey had I thought that they could have treated me any better. It has probably been five years since I have responded positively to a survey such as this.

the fixture is more beautiful than i expected it to be. it arrived quickly and well packed.
i did expect that halogen bulbs were included, but they were not. Perhaps my error – I don't remember.
All in all a very good experience. i will definitely order from this vendor again.

Dani,..... Our re-ordered medallion arrived a day early. More importantly, I am impressed with the cordial and helpful service as well as the super communications the team at Lighting Showroom has provided about the status of the return and the replacement order for what was a customer error. I have even received a note stating that our card has already been credited with the return. Somebody is responsible for some great employee hiring as well as creating great policies, procedures and training. Certainly the companies product line had items we wanted, and I certainly did not find better pricing. Trust me,... I don't make a habit of spending my time writing nice notes to people, or companies. If that happens once a year, its got to be for a special reason.
We originally ordered two of the same medallions because my wife didn't listen to my original advise. I love saying that she was wrong and I was right. It happens so rarely ( so I have been told ).
Make sure this gets to the right people. If I was the owner of Lighting Showroom, and read this email it would make my day.
FYI,.... something someone might want to look into! The box the medallion came in was practically falling open. For that reason I immediately opened it to make sure that nothing was damaged. To open it the rest of the way I only had to rip one more piece of tape. Actually I could have pulled it out without ripping one more piece of tape. There was no damage to the medallion. Seems like the the manufacturer is being skimpy with the use of tape. I actually had the same impression on the first two medallions we received as well, even though they were not falling open.
Going forward we will always look for lighting at Lighting Showroom before we even consider buying elsewhere. Should we have the occasion to pass on the great experience we had with Lighting Showroom with friends, we will gladly
do so.
