Customer Comment

This company seems to be a real class act, with a great understanding of customer service.  There service staff is extremely cordial, and polite to converse with.  They had a great selection of ceiling medallions with the best pricing we were able to find.  We had to send one back because of my wife's error in judgment and they allowed us to return it and order a larger one.  As it turned out I dropped one of the smaller medallions as I as gluing it to the ceiling, I had to reorder the first one we sent back, proving that my wife is never wrong.  She was planning ahead for my incompetence. I would not have taken my time to respond to this survey had I thought that they could  have treated me any better. It has probably been five years since I have responded positively to a survey such as this.
