I really liked their 'contact us' tools, in my opinion it's always an indicator of how well they service their customers. I'm in love with any website that offers live chat!

I have dealt with Lighting Showroom before and I trust them to replace any broken glass and offer better consumer service (when needed) than other internet based lighting dealers. I plan to order from them for all the remaining lighting needs of my home. Great prices too!

I hope you don't mind my contacting you directly. You may recall that you assisted me and Jessi in brokering a deal for more than 300 exterior sconces from Justice Design a few months ago for a Delaware client of mine.
First of all, the client loves the lights and we are doing another order through you with Justice for some interior sconces.
But that is not the reason for my e-mail. I know businesses are used to hearing complaints. I'm writing so that I can be sure that you know just how valuable Jessi is to your company. She is pleasant, responsive, and competent.
I meant to tell you so after the last order. I think I never got around to doing it. If I did, then let me reiterate it. If I didn't, it's never too late. She should be the poster child for "customer service."

I could not be more pleased with my shopping experience at The Lighting Showroom. The website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Their selection of merchandise and descriptions were great. The checkout was seamless. My order arrived in just a few days (very well packaged) and the stained glass pendant light I purchased is now installed and absolutely gorgeous. I would not hesitate to order again myself or recommend this site.

This is my second time buying items from this website. I even sent 2 things back from my first order because I found something on the site I even liked better. No problems with returning and very easy. I also made a phone call to question one of the lights and the rep was very helpful. Thanks so much for making my lighting shopping easy. They are going to look great in my new house. Very unique. No one is going to have anything like them.

Excellent job fulfilling my order so my contractor could install the lighting fixture before the current effort was completed. The solid brass fixture matches our Kohler fixtures in the powder room very nicely.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
It amazes me that you can ship an item free of charge to anywhere in the continental US, but when you ship to Alaska you charge the highest rate you can possibly charge. Is this so that you can send items free to the rest of the country? Alaska has limited stores that we are able to purchase items that we need, and people like you take advantage of the situation. I would not order again from this website unless I were in a desperate situation like I am today. My suggestion for shipping options is to offer USPS, it is usually more reasonable than Fed-ex.

Shipping outside the lower 48 states is always a challenge. Our charge to this customer was about $20 less than the actual charge to us from FedEx so we do make an effort to have a level playing field but shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are simply too expensive to build into our pricing structure. It is also unfortunate that we can’t use the USPS. The problem is that we ship these products from huge warehouses in large quantities and the warehouse computer systems aren’t equipped to deal with the USPS so it isn’t an option for us.

I recently discovered Lighting Showroom's website. It is amazing what they offer....for great prices!
I purchased two pendant lights for my kitchen a couple of weeks ago. Now I am purchasing more lights for my master bath/bedroom. I am anxious to get the order so I can get them installed!
The website is very easy to navigate. I am a real estate agent so I will refer my clients to their website for any renovations they need!
