Excellent job fulfilling my order so my contractor could install the lighting fixture before the current effort was completed. The solid brass fixture matches our Kohler fixtures in the powder room very nicely.

I received emails from the company to keep me informed on my order. When I did notice a problem with delivery I called and they were very helpful on getting things back on track. Great customer service.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

It amazes me that you can ship an item free of charge to anywhere in the continental US, but when you ship to Alaska you charge the highest rate you can possibly charge. Is this so that you can send items free to the rest of the country? Alaska has limited stores that we are able to purchase items that we need, and people like you take advantage of the situation. I would not order again from this website unless I were in a desperate situation like I am today. My suggestion for shipping options is to offer USPS, it is usually more reasonable than Fed-ex.

Shipping outside the lower 48 states is always a challenge.  Our charge to this customer was about $20 less than the actual charge to us from FedEx so we do make an effort to have a level playing field but shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are simply too expensive to build into our pricing structure.  It is also unfortunate that we can’t use the USPS.  The problem is that we ship these products from huge warehouses in large quantities and the warehouse computer systems aren’t equipped to deal with the USPS so it isn’t an option for us.

I like the "lights I like" feature. I think that's why we ordered from you after a week or so of surfing (actually about five hours total) AND the FREE shipping. Overall the best site we've found compared to about 12 others. We also like the "Clearance - Like New" options.

I recently discovered Lighting Showroom's website. It is amazing what they offer....for great prices!

 

I purchased two pendant lights for my kitchen a couple of weeks ago. Now I am purchasing more lights for my master bath/bedroom. I am anxious to get the order so I can get them installed!

 

The website is very easy to navigate. I am a real estate agent so I will refer my clients to their website for any renovations they need!

I was absolutely thrilled with the service of this company !!!  The lights look so elegant in my dining area and look so beautiful i could put a picture in a magazine.  the delivery was prompt and the package was secure.  The only problem we had was deciding which lights to buy as the selection offered us many to cho0se from.  WOW i would highly recommend this company to my family and friends as well as continue to buy from them myself. I have not been able to find any chandeliers that matched my style and the style of my home in the local home renovation stores. Your selection is fabulous. I am a bit nervous about buying this purchase online, since it is very difficult to get a good idea of the color scheme from a picture online, but I decided to try it out. No one could match the price.  Service was great, apparently light was damaged in shipping and customer service called me to inform me they had already reordered and were shipping another one out.  shipping was prompt and  the delivery men were very courteous. This particular piece was on sale and priced so low I thought it must be a mistake.  The selection, price, and delivery were exceptional.
