The pendant is everything it\'s advertised to be - very good quality at a reasonable price. What really was outstanding is Lighting Showroom\'s service. ELK was in backorder status, but communications from this vendor were proactive and outstanding - initially about the expected delay (I got both an e-mail AND a call to confirm the situation) followed by appropriate updates throughout the fulfillment process. The fixture actually arrived earlier than expected... a far superior outcome than when we placed a similar order with another online vendor. Couldn\'t ask for more - We now know exactly where to go for future purchases.
