I have been so very impressed with the customer service I have received. My first fan order was not available and the communication was wonderful and timely.
After continuing my search, I found another fan and called your company to see if I could order it. Very quickly Anita pulled up my information from the first order, switched to the new order and completed everything in promptly.
I have to say this is the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Your company is a breath of fresh air and restores my faith in mankind.
