I never write reviews. Requests for them are pain in the neck to delete. However, this is an exception. The mirror is a decent product. Nothing special. Anita, however, is the best customer service person I have ever dealt with and I am a frequent online shopper. She communicated well up front, but my mirror was damaged in shipping and since it was going to be a gift I had a time problem. She got a replacement out immediately, no hassle, answered all my questions immediately and completely and went beyond typical customer service levels to help me. I honestly recommend this company and I never ever do that.
