Although my original light order (Cilindro by Elk) was on back order in my color choice, and Elk lighting didn\'t notify Lighting Showroom until 2 weeks after I placed my order, your customer Service person, Anita, was wonderfully efficient in calling me and helping me order another light. While I had to wait longer than expected, Anita really showed first class personal service! She is an exceptional asset to your company and should be commended for her talents and professionalism.
