Impressed with customer service, the quality of the product, and the appearance and function of the lamp. This is exactly what we were looking for above our bed for either side to enjoy. The dimming feature creates a quiet atmosphere on one side, while the other side has crisp halogen light for reading. Also, it should be noted the goosenecks swivel for convenience.
