Thanks for the e-mail & phone message of yesterday ( I unfortunately have extremely poor signal strength at the building site and did not receive it, which happens a lot). We were out of town, but returned last night late, and we will be home all day today, as FedEx VM states they will attempt to deliver today.
I do appreciate the courtesy of the communications; your efforts and follow up are deeply appreciated and you go above and beyond any merchant that we have purchased from, and you also have a great telephone voice. We will be doing further business with you.
