Customer Comment

The lamps arrived within the time stated. Unfortunately, one shade had some markings. I called customer service and spoke with Anita. She was able to have a replacement sent out within a day. I was so impressed with the customer service. I envisioned a problem getting the shade replaced, but it wasn't. I would certainly order from Lighting Showroom again simply for their customer service and the fact they stand behind their products.
