We are pleased with the lamp. The packaging was excellent - considering the nature of the "shade”, it was very effectively protected by the styrofoam packing.
We had a little difficulty installing the lamp, but that was only because we have an old house, where we could not pull the existing wires down out of the ceiling box to make the connections, so we had to follow a different procedure for installation.
Once past that hurdle, we are quite happy with the end result.
We love our foyer chandelier that we ordered from you and we're looking forward to our new kitchen light. You have a nice selection and we love browsing your website!
