This was our second light we ordered and probably not our last. The selection is excellent and the web site makes finding the right light a breeze. I especially like the zoom photos so you can see exactly what you are getting. Another nice feature of the web site is the way matching lights in the manufacturers series are shown at the bottom... this way we don't miss a version that we may accidentally skipped by. It's also nice to not have to worry about shipping costs... some sites make you go to the checkout form for each selection to see what the shipping charge is... with The Lighting Showroom I only need to spend $100 for free and fast shipping... it's about as good as it gets!

We were very pleased with this light. Nice finish that looks rich and the three globes give off plenty of light for a long dining table. Unique wire mounting makes a fairly large light look less overpowering in the room. The only thing I can think of that could be improved is the ceiling mounting bracket. The bracket is fixed so you can't easily swivel the mounting base if your ceiling electrical box is slightly askew. But overall we love the light and the price was very reasonable compared to local stores in our area.

These lights are exactly what I was looking for to up-date my new kitchen. I placed three of them over the center island and the light they give off has totally changed the look of the space. attractive and well made lamp. shade and metal screen give pleasing, uniform light. Downsides are: 75W max bulb, which isn't really enough for reading, and the "tap the base to change the brightness" switch with seemingly random sensitivity and results sort of like the brakes on a new Prius.
I was very impressed and I am a tough customer to impress. Customer service was great from the start. The website is efficient, the telephone rep service was outstanding, the follow up was great, the shipping was quick and the price was the best on the internet. 300 watts of light max, we put a dimmer switch on. Really looks good up, easy to install, good communication by seller, they let me know it would take a few extra days to ship - no big deal. Has a diffuser glass plate on the bottom that screws on. Good thing too as I had a dinner party and one of the bulbs that came with it blew up but was contained inside. Have been really happy with purchase

Customer service was far and away the best I have dealt with in a very long time they made my shopping experience a pleasure.
The representative that I spoke with was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. When I located the fixtures that I was looking for online I discovered that there weren't enough available in the quantity I needed so the rep spent extra time on the internet tracking the rest down for me. Now all the lighting fixtures in my kitchen will match because someone went out of her way to make sure her customer received what she was looking for and was happy. Job well done! If only more companies had people working for them that went out of their way for the customer.
