Thanks for the e-mail & phone message of yesterday ( I unfortunately have extremely poor signal strength at the building site and did not receive it, which happens a lot).  We were out of town, but returned last night late, and we will be home all day today, as FedEx VM states they will attempt to deliver today.

Thank you again, Dani. Despite the fact that I did not complete the particular purchase, I consider this a successful transaction. It's often how a retailer deals with an error that is more telling than how it handles an ordinary transaction. I'm sure I will be a customer in future.

My experience with LightingShowroom has been excellent. I just found them online and will use them again and again. Unfortunately I just purchased from other companies 3 transactions that I wish I had bought here. I am giving family members information about Lighting Showroom as they have done two remodels on homes and will be doing more. Price, availability, free shipping and customer service have all made my experience a great one. You customer service representative took care of me when I called and is the reason along with pricing of your products I will be coming back.
