Jessie helped me throughout this transaction as I was having difficulty in finding a wall sconce that would fit the narrow space. Her persistence in getting in touch with Maxim paid off for me as it was able to fit the narrow opening which allowed me to then order the complete set for the house. purchased a lamp that was discontinued and it arrived without the shade.
Since the lamp was no longer available, we had to locate a suitable
alternative for her. After searching high and low, we found the perfect
shade from another distributer and purchased it for her - the light is now
perfect!

LightingShowroom.com has a great site with an extensive amount of lighting fixtures and great product info. The prices are very reasonable and free shipping is a plus. The lighting fixture I ordered was very nice. I only wish that the order processing and shipping would be a bit faster, but other than that, it was a great shopping experience.

The lamps arrived within the time stated. Unfortunately, one shade had some markings. I called customer service and spoke with Anita. She was able to have a replacement sent out within a day. I was so impressed with the customer service. I envisioned a problem getting the shade replaced, but it wasn't. I would certainly order from Lighting Showroom again simply for their customer service and the fact they stand behind their products.

I have spent literally hours shopping for lighting fixtures. The super stores offered good prices but they had limited selections. I finally 'Googled' (bathroom lighting fixtures) and was tickled to see several sites come up. After browsing a few sites, I found there was no comparison with the Lighting Showroom. I was a little worried about ordering lighting over the internet, but the prices were generally so much better than what you found in stores (including Lowes, Home Depot and EXPO). I did some research on various online sites, that had the products I was looking for, and decided Id take a chance with Lighting Showroom. My first step was to contact them to find out the true delivery date - I worked with Anita in customer service. She was very responsive and gave me all the information I needed, and quickly. She was right on in terms of the delivery dates and were very happy with the products we ordered (2 chandaliers, pendants and trim), and we saved a great deal of money in the process! Well organized site that made it very easy to find what we were looking for with a large variety of items to choose from. I liked the fact the shipping was free and that returns didn't come with a restocking fee. Other sites I've visited charged up to 25% for returns. Lighting Showroom allowed me to order multiple items knowing that I could return what I didn't want for a full refund.
