You are a wonder! and yes after all that waiting they really look beautiful. I have to tell you the entire project of remodeling the house was one painful step after another with all the usual contractor problems. When I placed my order with your firm for the lamps I was so pleasantly surprised I can't tell how much I appreciate your help, support and general "cheeriness".. My interaction was with Wayne via customer service. I called to get info on how they match or beat prices of their competitors. When I called the customer service number, I got Wayne. I told him which product I wanted to purchase and he said he would call me back with the pricing info that he would be able to offer. Honestly, I did not expect to hear back from him. He called back within 30 minutes and beat the lowest price that I had found out on line. I was thoroughly shocked - one that he called back and secondly that he was honoring their policy. This was so refreshing because I have had numerous bad experiences with customer service folks. So I placed the order and will await my mirror. Thank you so much Wayne for your professionalism. Look forward to doing business with you all again!!

Body:I worked for a while online, looking at their full selection. Once I
made my decision, I called the 800 number and spoke directly to Anita who
answered all my questions and then she offered to take my order over the
phone! Great service. The product arrived as promised and when I installed
it...beautiful. I recently ordered a similar product and went through the
experience again. Wonderful company!

Lighting Showroom. The customer service was wonderful! The website was
