Customer Feedback

Thanks for the call and email, Anita. I would definitely like to keep the order in place to reserve it.

I may have spoken with you on the phone yesterday about this item; you called Elk to verify that it was on backorder and then explained to me that the fixture is new and 37 of the 40 units due in May were already pre-ordered. You were patient and took the time to help me understand how pre-ordering works (drop-shipping, etc.). That was wonderful, and it's the reason I'm ordering from your company. Unexpectedly personal and helpful service from an online shopping experience!
