Note from staff. The lamp is made to look like it has a marble base. If it were actually a chunk of marble it would weigh about 100 pounds and cost substantially more. The base is made of resin but is finished very nicely.

I've been looking at this chandelier on different sites, it appears this chandelier has two options on the color of the glass domes. Is this correct? Do you offer more than the color shown?

Answer

Actually, there is only one option. The manufacturer had provided a set of images for this collection when it was first introduced that were incorrect with regards to glass color. They provided a newer set of accurate images which we have on our site. It is possible that not all merchants have switched out the old images for the new and this is likely why you are seeing the difference in color on various websites.

This lighting showroom is great I decorate homes for a living I have finished 1 house and all the lights came from here inside and out they were great one lamp broke in transit and they sent a new one right out away I was asked to hold the broken light for several weeks for insurance purposes but after that I just got rid of it they are very easy to work with go for it!!

We bought from Lighting Showroom and were pleased with their customer service. Hinkley was the manufacturer that we bought from, which is a decent quality line. However there was a slight problem with one of the lights and it was dealt with by LightingShowroom. I am unfamiliar with the Paradise chandelier. LightingShowroom may be able to give you more info about them. Don't hesitate to buy online, though...we have bought many chandeliers for our business and have not been disappointed.

I was in the process of renovating an entire house- top to bottom. We had many lighting needs as a result. I had not purchased many things on the internet previously but found it an amazing tool to review an ocean of choices quickly and efficiently. When I came across Lighting Showroom, I phoned a customer service rep and was immediately impressed with her extensive product knowledge. I did order many fixtures from this site. Everything arrived on time, in perfect condition and at a price that was often the best I could find across multiple sites. I did have a small problem with a glass shade on a pendant light that was a slightly different color than the other two I had purchased. I called Lighting Showroom and they sent me a new shade immediately and didn't even require me to return the one I had! This site will always be my first stop for future lighting purchases!

This beautiful lamp came was delivered in 2 boxes but was easy to assemble and only required screwing each piece together. My only problem with this lamp is that one of the 3 top C pieces is NOT welded to the lamp. It was all put together before I noticed it and the packaging destroyed so I\'ll just put that part of the lamp at the back of the wall. It\'s a shame because I really love this beautiful lamp. For the money it should have been better made. I\'m really surprised they didn\'t catch it before it was shipped.
