when ordering , I thought my light would be here within a week, only to find out it was backordered , and even to this day I don’t think it is in, it is expected 6/11... had to reschedule getting it installed, if I would have known it would have taken so long , might have ordered elsewhere, and paid the extra money... sorry!

Light was damaged I called for parts but they just replaced the whole light an expensive and costly answer but very prompt service. Two of the leaves under the side lamps the metal was broken, it could have been replaced for a couple dollars postage and maybe 2 dollar part but they gave me an entire new light. Bad financial decision for them but great service.

This light is so beautiful. I get compliments all the time. The product picture show an amber like glass, mine is more white with brown streaks in it but is lovely that way. Be aware that the specs read 31" high, but the shortest you can make it hang is 36" from the ceiling, which sadly is a bit too long over table for 8' ceiling. Determined to make it work, since the look of the light is perfect! Excellent customer service!

The fixtures are nice looking, but we had to buy other parts in order to put them up. The attachment to the wall was not big enough nor sturdy enough to hold the light. We finally found what we needed to put them up at Home Depot. Would ask more questions before we bought again

I’ll probably wait until this entry project is finished but I’m on a roll now. I know that I told you how wonderful you are, but I don’t think that your bosses have any idea how special you, Dani, and the lighting showroom have made my ‘HOME’. And for to tell the truth and be more accurate….are still making my home.

Of course I could go on and on about how wonderful you are and how much it’s been a pleasure…but I know how busy you get. I really need the price of the Amarante Gold Pier Mount…but I absolutely love the Mossoro Walnut Outdoor Pier Mount Great Outdoors Lighting (GO-7940-161). Do you think that one would go with my post light? The Walnut finish seems like it’s complimentary…but I’m not sure how it would look with the actual style of the light?
