Everything about the merchant was excellent, however, i was disappointed in the color of the silver on my mirror. It looked gold instead of silver. I will have to paint it to make it work in the space i bought it for.

The Lighting Showroom has a great online system in place. The web site is easy to use and the order process was simple and straight forward. They have worked hard to keep prices down and processing the order was lightning fast. But the true test is when something goes wrong. I hope they can correct mistakes, customer’s or theirs just as well.

Therefore, I decided to reorder them with lightingshowroom.com because I think your service, return policies and customer communications are superior to other options.
