Lights arrived on time, phone call to my house by a human being letting me know that the lights would arrive on a certain day and they did, and they look great in my kitchen! I would for sure use them again when ordering more lights for my home.

I found the light well packed and looked as good as picture. However, the electrician wanted to smash it due to the difficulty putting it in. From what I saw, the wires from the lamp had to be pulled through the long screw-like bolt, and he really didn\\\\\\\'t think it was ever going to fit. It didn\\\\\\\'t even look like all the wires could possibly fit, but with stretching and cursing, they did.

This fan is even better than I had expected. It is a physically beautiful fan with impeccable design. It is actually quieter than I had thought it would be. In fact its silent. The only noise it makes at all is the sound of wind blowing when turned to its highest setting. It perfectly complements and holds its own with all of my GE gallery brushed stainless appliances. I couldn’t imagine my kitchen without it.

My husband and I are ecstatic that the George Kovacs Company is going to replace our lighting fixture. It just doesn't happen often enough anymore that manufacturers stand behind their products. Thank you so much for your assistance with this issue. Going forward we will definitely be ordering our lighting from your website as we have gotten more assistance from you than we have from our local lighting store. We just loved this fixture it looked so nice in our newly remodeled dining room and can't wait to put it back up. I love the service rendered from customer service of your company; Your website is great as well as the ease of your online sale was wonderful.

My only suggestion is that you would even have a much more expansive line of products as well as more frequent clearance and closeouts. I have a big house and have a lot to buy for the house.

Everything about the merchant was excellent, however, i was disappointed in the color of the silver on my mirror. It looked gold instead of silver. I will have to paint it to make it work in the space i bought it for.

the need to re-enter all credit card info and the email address was pretty annoying. this was required any time an edit or correction was done, or you looked at another page before finishing the order. the quality and range of the choices were great!

The Lighting Showroom has a great online system in place. The web site is easy to use and the order process was simple and straight forward. They have worked hard to keep prices down and processing the order was lightning fast. But the true test is when something goes wrong. I hope they can correct mistakes, customer’s or theirs just as well.

Thank you for letting me know my item is on back order. I have already called all over the country and was not able to find anyone who had these fixtures in stock. Therefore, I decided to reorder them with lightingshowroom.com because I think your service, return policies and customer communications are superior to other options. I have my fingers crossed that a miracle will happen and you're able to get them sooner than those BO dates, but if that's impossible then I'll understand.
