The site was exceptional - easily navigated - loved the fact that you could "save" item at bottom of page - made the decision process definitely less stressful - also liked being able to zoom in on the product - if product is as exceptional – can only be pleased

Awesome interaction with the online CHAT feature. I was in a hurry to get the lights and needed to know exactly when they would ship. The assistant called Hudson Valley to confirm the actual ship date so I was confident in the date I would receive the lights - which is the sooner the better ! Other companies were guessing at the date the lights would be sent and that was not enough. Thank you !

Called to ask about inventory and shipping. Very helpful and friendly. Rep also let me know the correct product that went with my lighting purchase, since I had the wrong one. Glad I called.
